'Cullen Barrie' (born September 19th, 1980) is an American citizen and currently lives in [[[New York City]]].

He was born in Iron Mountain Michigan but spent a majority of his childhood living in the socially conservative town of Adrian Michigan (he lived briefly in Sandusky Ohio from 1989 to 1990).

His mother Mary is a first-grade teacher at Onsted Public Schools in Onsted Michigan and his father, Patrick, is Deputy Director of the Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services Administration with the Michigan Department of Community Health. Cullen is the brother of Philip Barrie; an accomplished audio engineer and musician who resides in Loz Feliz California.

Cullen currently serves as the Director of Community and Intergovernmental Affairs for the United Jewish Organization of Williamsburg in New York City (a position he has held since January 2006)serving the Satmar Hasidic community of Brooklyn. Previously, he was staffer for 46th Ward Alderman Helen Shiller in the Uptown community of Chicago. In addition, he served as an intern for Chicago Alderman Tom Tunney in the 44th ward in the spring of 2005.

Cullen graduated from DePaul University in Chicago with a degree in Public Policy in May 2004.
