It's my intention to create a page that can be a hub for other (Puerto Rican) culture-related articles, not simply to flesh out the Culture section of the Puerto Rico main page. Certainly, the material can be freely used there, but I had hoped to institute a little bit more organization and cohesion than would be possible with a simple merge.
