Cullen Moss

Cullen Moss is an American actor of television and film and voice actor. He is probably best know for his recurring role as Junk on One Tree Hill.

He has also appeared on one episode of Dawson's Creek and has provided the English-version voice for a few Japanese anime such as You're Under Arrest and it's motion picture version.

Cullen also performs in a weekly comedy show called "Changing Channels" at City Stage in Wilmington, NC.
