Cui Zhiyuan

Cui Zhiyuan is a professor at Tsinghua University, Beijing. He is one of the Chinese New Left and has called for a 'Second Liberation of Thought'. His views are discussed in the essey-collection One China, Many Paths. He has also been critical of recent privatisations of state assets,[1] and has called for more democracy within the party.[2]
