The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK), School of Law is the law school of the Chinese University of Hong Kong.

Founded in 2005, the Chinese University of Hong Kong School of Law is one of three law schools within HKSAR. The CUHK School of Law admitted its first class of LLB students in 2006. The postgraduate programmes, JD, LLM, MPhil and PhD also received their first cohorts of students in Sept, 2006. The PCLL programme starts in 2008.
In March 2007, the Chinese University of Hong Kong School of Law hosted the 4th Annual Willem C. Vis(East) International Commercial Arbitration Moot at the Graduate Law Center in Admiralty. The international competition brought over forty law schools from around the world to Hong Kong. Louise Barrington, founder and director of the Vis (East), is a professor at the CUHK School of Law.
The CUHK moot team, composed of 1st year law students, earned a team honorable mention and an individual honorable mention in their first moot competition at the 4th Annual Vis (East) moot.

The school of law offers both undergraduate and graduate level law degree programs.
The School of Law offers a full-time four-year Bachelor of Laws Programme LLB. The degree offers students a general and professional education at undergraduate level.
Graduate students may pursue a Juris Doctor (JD) degree, a joint JD/MBA degree program, or several Masters of Laws (LL.M) programs in Chinese Business Law, Common Law, and International Economic Law.
Programs of Master of Philosophy of Law (MPhil) and Doctor of Philosophy of Law (PhD) are also available at the school.

The Chairman of the Planning Committee for the School of Law is the Honourable Sir Ti Liang Yang, GBM, former Chief Justice of Hong Kong. The Director of the School of Law is Professor Mike McConville.

The LL.B students have their undergraduate classes at CUHK's main campus in Sha Tin. The Lee Quo Wei Law Library is located on the 4th floor of the University Library.
The graduate-level law classes for the JD, LL.M., M.Phil, Ph.D., and PCLL are located at the Graduate Law Centre (GLC), situated on the second floor of the Bank of America Tower in Admiralty. Located in the business district of Hong Kong, the graduate law center is within walking distance of the Hong Kong High Court, law firms and companies. The Graduate Law Centre has its own legal resource center, considered as the GLC's "mini law library."
