The Cuban ribbontail catshark, Eridacnis barbouri, is a finback catshark of the family Proscylliidae, found off western central Atlantic Ocean, apparently confined to a limited area in the Florida Straits and off the north coast of Cuba, at depths of between 430 and 613 m. It reaches a length of 2 m.

The Cuban ribbontail catshark is found on the upper continental and insular slopes. It probably feeds on small fishes, crustaceans and cephalopods.

The Cuban ribbontail catshark is ovoviviparous giving birth to two young per litter, with size at birth over 10 cm.
