The Cuban Parakeet, Conure De Cuba, or Aratinga Cubana (Aratinga euops) is a species of parrot in the Psittacidae family. In Cuba it is commonly known as catey. It is endemic to the island of Cuba. It became extinct on the Isla de Pinos south of Cuba soon after 1900. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical dry forests, dry savanna, and arable land. It is threatened by habitat loss.
