[edit] Why did I create this?

This article was created from the content of the CTV page, as edited by User:Musicritic (diff). In that, the disambiguation page was replaced by the stuff on this Singapore student TV channel. Obviously I needed to sort out that mess first, so I reverted the changes. However, I thought it should be put into an article, as it may just about be notable, so I copied the text here.
