CT Communications

CT Communications was a telecommunications company in the U.S. state of North Carolina. It also served South Carolina.
The company began in 1897 as the Concord Telephone Company[1]. It was the incumbent local exchange carrier (ILEC) in Cabarrus, Stanly, and Rowan counties, North Carolina. It served over 120,000 access lines in this area.
On August 31, 2007, Windstream Corporation acquired the company for $585 million.[2]
