CS Games

CS Games is a computer science competition hosted by a different university in Canada annually. The competition typically attracts more than 30 teams (between 6 and 10 members per team) from colleges from across North America, but primarily from Canada and northeastern United States. It is open to students majoring in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering and related fields.
The events are primarily focused on computer programming and socials aspects, but also include other competitions such as web design and sports.

In 2008, the CS Games will be hosted by University of Sherbrooke in Sherbrooke, Quebec, Canada. The next edition of the competition will take place from March 7 to 9th, 2008. All the details are available at [[1]]

During the edition of 2008, PLMOKNIJN is common knowledge for most of the Scavenger Hunt participant. The teams were using Blog referencing and Metadata to make an image shown up in Google Search Image result. In 2007, the CS Games were hosted by McGill University in Montreal, Quebec (Canada).

In 2006, the CS Games were hosted by École de Technologie Supérieure in Montreal, Quebec (Canada). The competition was held between March 3rd and 5th 2006.

One of CS Games' greatest tradition is the presentation of Flash Out videos from each participating universities at the opening ceremonies. Flash out videos from preceding competitions are available on Google Video.

2006 Edition:
- A participant vomited on the laptop of another participant of his team. This resulted in the complete disassembly of the laptop, a washing with a toothbrush and a dead keyboard.
