[edit] album release cover banned?

i do not know what the official story is, but i believe the cover was changed due to Trevor Brown claiming the band had taken his image without his permission, although this information keeps getting changed (i'm guessing by the label or manager of CC itself) can someone verify this? i have added it from the article i read on Trevor's website [1] judge for yourself.
