I totally agree with the disputed neutrality tag. It immediately begins with a judgment "a valid, though not totally accepted". Very few archaeologists consider it a valid form of archaeology. While archaeology, like all scientific disciplines, can become too mired in orthodox positions, it also allows for dissent without forming a separate discipline.
