Crystal R. Fox is an American actress who is probably best known for her work in the television series In the Heat of the Night. Fox was born in Tryon, North Carolina.

Fox played the role of Katie Bell in the movie Driving Miss Daisy. In 1989 she began appearing on In the Heat of the Night as Luann Corbin, the second African-American female to become a member of the Sparta, Mississippi police department. She went on to reprise the role in several made for television movies based on the series.
