The song is about young people trying to cope with urban life in the crime-ridden and poverty-stricken Detroit. A music video for this song is available and pays a tribute to D12 rapper Proof during the video's introduction. The song contains samples from the song "Blind Man" as performed by Bobby Blue Band
There is an official remix on "Eminem Presents: The Re-Up" featuring Shady artists including Kuniva (of D12), Cashis, Bobby Creekwater and Shady/Aftermath artist Stat Quo.
