Actually, it wasn't me who created and expanded the article. You can observe the history page. My edits are just pure format correction and sometimes spelling correction. I'm replying to your query to Lucky 6.9, as he's away from Wikpedia for the next couple of months.

This article has been created three times. The first time, the article consisted of five words: "naked body of Alfred Vargas". Not surprisingly, it was deleted. The second time, the article started with "hi alfred" and went on in a non-English language. Again, it was deleted. The third time was created by you, and while this time it actually made some sense, it was written in a very "fannish" manner, beginning "Both on-screen and off-screen Alfred Vargas is making girls swoon". This looked to Lucky 6.9 like a probable copyright violation from some promoter, and even if it wasn't, it was completely unencyclopedic in tone. Accordingly, he deleted it, and I would have done so as well.

Because the article had been created three times with unsuitable content, Lucky blocked the article from being created again.

If you wish to create a more encyclopedic article, please read Wikipedia:Manual of Style (biographies) and WP:NPOV, and then post at least the first paragraph of the proposed article either here, on Lucky 6.9's talk page, or on my talk page, and if it's reasonable, he or I will remove the block so the article can be created.-gadfium 04:27, 8 January 2006 (UTC)
