There wasn't a problem with the template itself. For some reason, the template had been placed twice in the article Charles Webster Leadbeater.

And as a rule of thumb, it's a good idea not to simply blank templates if you think there's a problem. It could be mistaken for vandalism. --Lu Ta 10:39, 30 March 2008 (UTC)
