[edit] Conseil scolaire de district du Centre-Sud-Ouest

{{helpme}}

I have had to change the edits on this page a number of times. The user in question keeps calling the school boards "Separate" when in fact it is a Public board. --Renrenren 15:38, 28 May 2007 (UTC)

Hi check the archives, this is the same person who under previous aliases (WikiWhoo, GST2006) turned this page into a full blown argument over the charter of rights, francophone rights and made a number of baseless claims about nepotism and the Information Privacy Officer. The page was finally left alone for about 3 months, but this person is back with their personal agenda. Cruchot 14:32, 29 May 2007 (UTC)
So what can be done about this. I have seen his aliases. Other sockpuppet accounts were banned forever. I don't know how to escalate this to another level. To be honest, I've never had an edit conflict with anyone on Wikipedia. But this editor is unbelievable. --Renrenren 14:45, 29 May 2007 (UTC)
Absolutely. How does one do a checkuser? Cruchot 14:48, 29 May 2007 (UTC)
I'll ad the help me template to the bottom of your page. Someone will be along shortly who can perhaps sort this out and how is probably familiar with the situation as judging by the talk archives on that page, there are many others who were aware of his/her dealings. --Renrenren 14:56, 29 May 2007 (UTC)
You can request the checkusering a user at WP:RFCU; because privacy is taken seriously, this would only be accepted in a few special cases (see the linked case for more detail). In cases where a user is obviously a sockpuppet, admins can just block them without having to resort to checkusering. The administrators' incident noticeboard is a good place to report this sort of thing to request action to be taken (a warning, or a block, or whatever). Hope that helps! --ais523 15:05, 29 May 2007 (UTC)

I get the feeling that User:Jack of Jade and User:Not Again 2 are more sockpuppets of User:wikiwoo. Just a hunch. --Renrenren 11:44, 12 June 2007 (UTC)

I've also advised User:Lexicon of the same as he was the one who took action on this matter the last time.--Renrenren 18:13, 12 June 2007 (UTC)
Yes this is obviously the same person - this is really getting tiresome. Now as you can clearly see, the baseless accusations are no longer on the wiki article, but on the discussion page, so this person achieves his goal by spreading these falsities on that page... Cruchot 20:07, 12 June 2007 (UTC)
Definitely very sneaky. No big surprise though judging by his past. --Renrenren 20:23, 12 June 2007 (UTC)
