[edit] Spirit of '76

The current text claims that this character is not based on the Quality/DC Uncle Sam but rather on the more abstract symbol. I respectfully disagree. If anything, Spirit of '76 is further distanced from the symbol than the Uncle Sam comicbook character ever was. Besides, the whole Marvel Crusaders team is based on the Freedom Fighters. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use.
