- Celebes Shrew Rat (Crunomys celebensis)
- Northern Luzon Shrew Rat (Crunomys fallax)
- Mindanao Shrew Rat (Crunomys melanius)
- Katanglad Shrew Mouse (Crunomys suncoides)
