User:Crockspot
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
I am also the user Crockspot on Meta, en.wikisource, and commons.wikimedia.
I can now be found at Fred Bauder's Wikinfo, where I serve as a sysop. I will continue to exercise my right to vote in Wikipedia elections, and voice my opinion at RfA and other select WP namespace discussions. I may also contact users here to make use of their expertise in solving specific technical issues at Wikinfo, but my mainspace edits will be few and far between.
Bright and shining examples of WP:CIV, WP:NPA, and WP:AGF
These are some examples of the reaction to my one edit and one revert to an ID-related article, and my attempts to defend that edit in discussion and express my opinion about a single lead paragraph. (I am not even a religious person, nor do I recall ever editing religion-related articles.) Such gang warfare, character assassination, and putting words in my mouth is why I will be contributing very little to the mainspace content of this project. Wikipedia deserves the editors that it tolerates.

- Amazingly, one uninvolved editor actually gets the point I was trying to make, but he isn't met with much openness either. One editor appears to miss the point of an RfC entirely, which is to get outside opinions aside from the regular involved editors.
