[edit] Citation needed in origins

The article originally said Michal Zalewski coined this expression. It was later edited to say he didn't, but no information about this change was added to article. There are no citations indicating that Michal did not coin this expression. As far as I can see, the article either should

  • provide citation as to who coined the expression
  • change back to original wording giving Michal credits.

Personally I do believe Michal did coin the expression (and the current rewrite is slightly offensive; steals credits from "inventor" and signs it off to unnamed sources), but I am off course accepting any evidence to the contrary. If this cannot be resolved, I think we need to remove part about who coined the expression. --Blaufish 07:50, 22 September 2007 (UTC)

I removed your reference to "anonymous edits to wikipedia" as that kind of comment doesn't belong in the article. I don't know who coined the expression but if no reference can be found to prove the argument either way I don't see why your belief should be considered correct by default. The article should either:
  • provide citation as to who coined the expression
  • not credit anyone
