I've found a Creative Commons image [1] that we could use if it wasn't a non-commercial license. I've sent a request to the photographer to re-license it as simply attribution-sharealike. Hopefully I'll get an answer in not too long. -- Plutor ^talk 17:22, 26 November 2006 (UTC)

That would be good, it's higher quality than the one we're currently using (which is grainy, particularly the background, due I guess to the need for it to be of an inferior quality to the original [which I am naughty enough to sometimes ignore for this very reason]) . On which subject, I added fair use rational earlier this evening to prevent it's deletion; I simply used the fair use rational from Image:N1809E 3 years before crash.jpg (requires you to copy and paste ineo the search to view as a direct wikilink loads up the full image), which in terms of circumstances of use is identical to this. Oh, nice. Thanks for that. I've never received a response from the CC photograph's photographer. We could always just swap it and still claim fair use with the same rationale. I'm hesitant to do that, but I'm not sure why. -- Plutor ^talk 13:51, 11 December 2006 (UTC)
