Crotta d'Adda is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Cremona in the Italian region Lombardy, located about 60 km southeast of Milan and about 15 km west of Cremona. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 667 and an area of 13.0 km².[1]

Crotta d'Adda borders the following municipalities: Acquanegra Cremonese, Castelnuovo Bocca d'Adda, Cornovecchio, Grumello Cremonese ed Uniti, Maccastorna, Meleti, Monticelli d'Ongina, Pizzighettone, Spinadesco.
