Cross Technological Enterprises, often referred to by the three letter acronym "CTE", is one of the main technology enterprises in the fictional Marvel Universe.
Its first known CEO is the late Darren Agonistes Cross [1], introduced in 1979 in Marvel Premiere. He was indirectly responsible for the existence of Scott Lang, the second Ant-Man [1]. CTE has on occasion employed the Avenger Clint Barton (Hawkeye) as a security enforcer and even built his sky-led.[2]
Darren's son and successor Augustine has been featured in a few stories in Iron Man [3]. He is also the cousin of Willian Cross, the villain Crossfire [4].

- Darren Agonistes Cross (CEO)[11] - he was mutated by a nucleorganic pacemaker and kidnapped Erica Sondheim to operate on his heart. However, he died when he burned out his heart[12]
