Cross Road is the first greatest hits compilation released by the American band Bon Jovi in 1994. The album contains two new tracks: the hit singles "Always" and "Someday I'll Be Saturday Night", as well as a new, updated rendition of "Livin' on a Prayer" entitled "Prayer '94" available only on the US version.

Cross Road was the best selling album in the UK for 1994. Cross Road has sold more than 20 million copies worldwide and is Bon Jovi's biggest selling album worldwide since Slippery When Wet. The album sold 5,000,000 copies in its first 5 weeks of release. It continues to perform well; according to Nielsen SoundScan catalog charts 324,000 units were sold in the US in 2006.
