Crosby Lend Lease

Crosby Lend Lease (Formerly Crosby Homes) is a British property developer who have constructed many high profile developments such as Orion Building in Birmingham, The Haçienda in Manchester and Clarence Dock in Leeds.

Crosby were successful at the Mail on Sunday’s National Homebuilder Design Awards 2006, picking up 4 awards:

  • Best Interior Design of a New Home for the Orion Building
  • Best Apartment Building for Southside
  • Best House of 3 or more storeys for The Praedium
  • Best New Home for The Praedium

The company is based in Birmingham however has office branches all over the United Kingdom.

Lend Lease Corporation bought Crosby Homes from Berkeley Group Holdings in 2005 for circa £270 million.[1] Shortly after the take over the company was renamed Crosby Lend Lease as a wholly owned subsidiary of Lend Lease Corporation.
