Croatian Party of Rights 1861 (Croatian: Hrvatska stranka prava 1861, HSP 1861) is a right-wing political party in Croatia.

It was founded in 1993 following the removal of Dobroslav Paraga from the leadership of Croatian Party of Rights and Paraga's unsuccessful attempts to revert this at courts. The "1861" in its name marks the year when first Croatian Party of Rights was founded, essential as the 1861 party claims true descent from the party created that year.

The party considers Franjo Tuđman to be a traitor and a dictator - a rare position among rightists in Croatia[4].
