The Croatian Civic Initiative (Croatian/Montenegrin: Hrvatska građanska inicijativa, HGI, Serbian Cyrillic: Хрватска грађанска иницијатива, ХГИ) is a Croat minority political party in Montenegro. The party was formed in 2002. It first participated in elections in the Tivat municipality that year, and is still based from the town. The HGI gathers most of its popularity from the Boka Kotorska region. Dalibor Burić is the party's current president.
In 2006, the party took a large step forward by entering into a coalition with the Democratic Party of Socialists of Montenegro. Because of the coalition, the party received one seat on the Democratic Party's list which is filled by Božo Nikolić.
