Wrongful Life is a fifth season episode of the television series Law & Order: Criminal Intent.
[edit] Plot summary
In this episode, Goren and Eames investigate the murder of an urban explorer who had unlawfully obtained medical records that could have been used in an unusual court case. The investigation leads them to a bitter mother, who is suing a doctor for not revealing years earlier that her unborn daughter had a spina bifida malformation, denying the right to choose to abort her baby.
