Untethered is a seventh season episode of the television series Law & Order: Criminal Intent.
[edit] Plot summary
Goren's bipolar nephew claims that inmates are being abused to the point of death. While investigating Goren is unable to find anything really helpful. So going against orders, Goren with the reluctant help of Eames, goes undercover as a criminal to see what is truly happening behind closed bars
