Why didn't England enter the tournament? The Commonwealth Games originate from England, don't they? I also remember that India and Pakistan has depleted sides because of the 1998 Sahara Cup. Should that be included? DaGizza 11:09, 23 September 2005 (UTC)

Thanks for the info about India and Pakistan; now added, though I'm not intending to write a summary of every team's composition. England's reasons for not entering (fixture clash, basically) are already mentioned near the start of the second paragraph. Loganberry (Talk) 14:03, 23 September 2005 (UTC)
