After the world Cup has ended, does this table need to be updated? The hub 04:55, 29 April 2007 (UTC)

Where did these rankings come from? I've been looking for something like this for a while (official ranking of associate/affiliate nations), but all I can find on the ICC site is the main table (test nations + kenya), and this page [1] ranking the top 6 associates. I'd like to know the original source for this table as well. Apart from the XODI page (which isn't even related to the ICC), I haven't found anything on the ICC website detailing rankings for anything other than the main table (test nations + kenya and ireland) and the ICC top 4 associates table. Since they rank the top associate teams, they must also have rankings for the rest of the teams (otherwise how do they determine the top 4?), but it must either be a secret (and thus not shown on the site) or it must be lost somewhere on the website.72.27.92.79 05:01, 6 August 2007 (UTC)
