[edit] Plot summary

In this episode, Detectives Goren and Eames investigate the case of a married couple found dead in their hotel room, the husband having died from a drug overdose. The investigation leads them to a worldly scam artist who befriends, robs and murder wealthy tourists with the help of attractive and adoring women who kill for him. As the detectives delve further into the suspect's life, they uncover plans for a worldwide crime spree. Then, Goren discover a connection between the man and serial killer Nicole Wallace that could be the final puzzle piece to solving the case.

  • Goren's long-standing nemesis, Nicole Wallace, apparent to be implicated in the murder of a man. Although she does not appear in this episode, Goren realizes that the victim is the boyfriend with whom Wallace was previously arrested in Thailand. The murder occurs offscreen, so it is not clear that she is responsible for the crime.
