[edit] Plot summary
Goren and Eames investigate a series of fires set in Brooklyn churches. The only connection between the churches is the use of a commercial cleaning service. Further investigation reveals that the arsonist was only interested in one of the churches, the other fires were a cover-up. Goren and Eames look to the new youth minister at the church and end up uncovering more than they expected.
Meanwhile, Capt. Deakins is being investigated by the IAB. Deakins has been accused of recommending a young officer for the drug task force in exchange for his silence in the Logan case. Goren and Eames spend some time trying to help clear Deakins of the allegation, but he is not very interested in their help.
