Critical Path, Inc. OTCBB: CPTH, founded in 1997, provides messaging solutions for mobile, broadband and fixed-line service providers. Headquartered in San Francisco with offices around the globe, Critical Path's messaging solutions are deployed by service providers throughout the world, including Vodafone, O2, Orange, Telefonica Moviles, TeliaSonera, SFR, Tiscali, Wind, Indosat, SK Telecom and more. As of April 2007, Critical Path has approximately 250 employees.
