Cristian Zorzi (born August 14, 1972, Cavalese, Trentino) is an Italian cross country skier who excels at sprint ski races. He is nicknamed Zorro, for his exuberant character.
Cristain's first major success was at the 2000 Cross Country Skiing World Cup, where he finished in second place. At the 2002 Winter Olympics in Salt Lake City, he won a silver medal in the 4 x 10 km and a bronze in the individual sprint.
At the 2006 Winter Olympics in Turin, he was the anchor on the 4 x 10 km team that would win gold in those games.
Zorzi has two medals at the FIS Nordic World Ski Championships with a gold in the team sprint (2007) and a silver in the individual sprint (2001).
He has also finished 2nd in the 2000-1 sprint World Cup, then followed it up with a 3rd the following season.
