Cristian Sebastian Tavio is an Argentine football left back. He was born on September 22, 1979, in the city of Buenos Aires in Argentina. He currently plays for Olimpo de Bahía Blanca.

Tavio started his career in 1996 at Deportivo Paraguayo of the 4th division. In 1999 he earned a transfer to Club Atlético Huracán of the Primera division, his one season with the club was the beginning of a sequence of one season spells, the other clubs in the sequence are Estudiantes (BA), Olimpo de Bahía Blanca, Independiente, Club Atlético Banfield, Colón de Santa Fe and Arsenal de Sarandí.

In 2006 Tavio was signed by Olimpo de Bahía Blanca, and after it remains to be seen whether he will stay with the club for longer than one season.
