Cristian Hăisan is a Romanian football player born in Iaşi, currently playing for FC Vaslui. He made his debut in Liga 1 at only 18 years old, when he played for his team, Rocar, against FC Argeş.
He signed for FC Vaslui in 2001, but until 2005, he didn't played too much, all the time being the 3rd choise of the goal-keeper. Only one game he played, while FC Vaslui played in the second and the third Division. In the 2005/2006 season, because of poor ratings from the first two goalkeepers, he played 8 games in Liga I. His first game was against FC National, where he suceeded being the first goalkeeper from FC Vaslui who suceeded a clean-sheet in Liga I. He had 3 games in a row with clean-sheet (the 4th, was injured, in the 30th minute, but then was 0-0). The first goals, came from Dinamo Bucuresti, in a 2-1 defeat against the vice-champions. In the winter break, Sebastian Hutan signed for FC Vaslui, and Haisan, was relegated on the bench.
In the next season, a new goal-keeper was bought by FC Vaslui, but because of his poor rating, Haisan once again defended the net. In the 7th match, Haisan, Jovanovic and Croitoru were acused by Adrian Porumboiu that they played very poor agains Dinamo Bucuresti, and they had left FC Vaslui for 3 days. They returned back in the team, in the 9th game, but Haisan was reserve. After Gheorghe Multescu resigned, and Viorel Hizo came to the team, Haisan started being the first choise for goal-keeper. His very good performance, impressed even the coach from the Romanian national team, Victor Piturca, who said "If he is going to play, as he did until now, he is going to be selected in the national team". However, Haisan has never been caped for Romania.
In the 2007/2008 season, he was one of the best players for FC Vaslui, being an angel for the defence. After Dorinel Munteanu resigned, Emil Sandoi, the new coach, named him the new captain of the team, after Sorin Frunza was relegated in the 4th Division.
On 24 March, he was caped for Romania B, against Turkey B. He played in the second half, where he received a goal, in the 88th minute.
