Cristóbal Giovanni López Jara (born May 13, 1988 in Chile) is a Chilean footballer, who currently plays defender for Universidad de Chile. His nickname is "Lapiz" (Pencil). He began his career in the youth system of Universidad de Chile before making his debut in the 2007 Apertura tournament against Universidad de Concepción.
