Crimewatch (Singaporean TV series)

Crimewatch is a television programme produced by the Singapore Police Force and MediaCorp. Currently presented by serving regular police officers, it showcases the work of the Singapore Police Force: including solved cases, appeals for unsolved cases, as well as crime prevention advice. It is based on the German programme Aktenzeichen XY... ungelöst, or "File XY... Unsolved".
The programme is telecast monthly in four languages: English ("Crimewatch"), Mandarin ("绳之以法"), Malay ("Jejak Jenayah") and Tamil ("Kutrak Kankaanippu"). The English version was first shown in 1986, followed by Mandarin, then Malay in year 2000 and Tamil in 2001.

The current presenters for the English-language show are Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP) Gail Wong Li-Jing and Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP) Lily Lee Su Hoon. The Mandarin version is hosted by Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP) Lim Tung Li while the Malay-language and Tamil-language versions are hosted by Inspector of Police (Insp) Fadzil Abdul Rahman and Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP) Kalaichelvan Daniel.
