[edit] Graphics
Based on the currently released screenshots, the graphics engine compares with current similar genre titles such as Brian Lara International Cricket 2007. However, the game may be offering enhanced environmental experiences such as fantasy stadiums, including an indoor stadium (a feature new to cricket games.)
[edit] Features
The game seems to focus on online arcade based action as opposed to the slower realistic cricket simulators released thus far. The game contains a strong in-game online community system with chat rooms, friends messengers, games search, games hosting and spectator modes. Like its major competitors, field action will be based on motion captures. Other features listed include player customization, real AI fielding, day/night lighting, varying pitch types, pitch and ball aging, fantasy stadiums, unlockable shots, unlockable deliveries, shot combos, delivery combos, and batsman knock-out injuries.
[edit] Game Modes
- Internet based multiplayer play, rankings, ratings, and leaderboards
- LAN based multiplayer network play
- Offline exhibition matches vs the computer teams
- Batting and bowling net practice modes
