Crich Tramway Village

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Crich Tramway Village is the recreated historic village that is the setting for the National Tramway Museum in Derbyshire. The village is set around a period street, with several re-built buildings from all over the country, including the Derby Assembly Rooms and the Red Lion Inn from Stoke.

The Village's collection not only covers buildings, but also many signs, ornaments, street names and fences - the fence and gates adorning the entrance to the tram depot come from St. Pancras Station.
