Bombshell is a sixth season episode of Law & Order: Criminal Intent.

Justin, the adult son of a former stripper and model, Lorelei, collapses and dies during the taping of a reality show. Lorelei had just give birth to a daughter, believed to be fathered by Ronnie, her manager. Jolene, Lorelei's assistant (and as later revealed, her sister), passes evidence to Logan and Wheeler incriminating Ronnie for Justin's murder. It turns out Lorelei's first husband, Justin's father, was an old and very wealthy businessman, and his family is engaged in a bitter probate dispute with Lorelei. When Lorelei dies as well, Logan and Wheeler find more evidence against Ronnie. However, he maintains his innocence. The adult magazine publisher who first discovered Lorelei and launched her career reveals that Lorelei originally tried to arrange for Jolene to be a model as well, but he turned her down. Logan and Wheeler believe this to be a motive for Jolene to kill Lorelei. Ronnie and Jolene are brought together at Lorelei's condo, where Jolene takes Lorelei's newborn daughter hostage. To save her, Ronnie confesses to Justin's murder, and Wheeler talks Jolene into confessing to Lorelei's murder and giving up the baby.
