[edit] Use historical name of freeway?

It no longer fronts the river due to the construction of the Monash Freeway in the 1970s. A small point, but when the freeway was constructed I believe it was called the "South Eastern" ... perhaps we should use that name in the context of this article, e.g. It no longer fronts the river due to the construction of the South-Eastern Freeway in the 1970s., or perhaps make the name change explicit, with something like this: It no longer fronts the river due to the construction of the South-Eastern Freeway (now known as the 'Monash Freeway') in the 1970s.
