Hi, this is Joe.
I started this page on Creative Financing, because it is a very important real estate and investing related topic that is of special interest to tens of thousands of investors.
As you can see, I have created a number of sub-topics and am working on filling them in. Creative financing is a very extensive topic and I would like to welcome other experts knowledgable in this field to assist in expounding on these topics. Of course you already know, you're welcome to add content, but not advertisements. So you may want to save your adds for Creative Financing courses for another site.
Let's make this an interesting and educational topic.

I added some material on subject-to. When I get some more time I will scrub it to try to make it a bit better, but this should be a good start.
