Description

Photographers Mate 3rd Class Andrew Kaeding and Photographers Mate 1st Class William Lipski move a Tactical Air Reconnaissance Pod System (TARPS) pod after being downloaded from an F-14 Tomcat aircraft attached to the "Jolly Rogers" of Fighter Squadron One Zero Three (VF 103) on the flight deck of USS GEORGE WASHINGTON (CVN 73). Washington is operating in the Arabian Gulf in support of operation Southern Watch.
