Crew equipment interface test

A crew equipment interface test (CEIT) is a training procedure that helps spaceflight crewmembers gain first-hand knowledge of the flight hardware they will use during a mission.[1] For International Space Station assembly tasks, NASA conducts CEIT activities in the Space Station Processing Facility at Kennedy Space Center (KSC).[2]
