Crestwood High School or CHS is a public four-year high school in Dearborn Heights, Michigan. It was founded in 1964. Located on Beach Daly between Ford Road and Cherry Hill.

  • Pete Stoyanovich- was an American football placekicker who played with the Miami Dolphins, Kansas City Chiefs and briefly the St. Louis Rams in the NFL.
  • Gary Wayne- was a Major League Baseball left-handed pitcher.Wayne was a member of the inaugural Colorado Rockies team that began play in Major League Baseball in 1993.
