Crespina is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Pisa in the Italian region Tuscany, located about 60 km southwest of Florence and about 20 km southeast of Pisa. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 3,989 and an area of 27.0 km².[1]
The municipality of Crespina contains the frazione (subdivision) Cenaia.
Crespina borders the following municipalities: Cascina, Collesalvetti, Fauglia, Lari, Lorenzana.
