Crepidophryne guanacaste is a species of toad in the Bufonidae family, known from Cloud forest and wind-swept elfin forests on the slopes of Volcáan Miravalles and Volcán Rincón de la Vieja in the Cordillera de Guanacaste, Costa Rica.
Its natural habitat is subtropical or tropical moist montanes.
